The legal framework in Croatian waste management field are Act on Sustainable Waste Management (OG 94/13) and the Ordinance on waste management (OG 23/14). There is also a set of sub-regulation which defines waste management.

In accordance with the relevant legislations, VITA PROJEKT Ltd. prepares waste management plans for local governments. We also offer consulting and developing of feasibility studies for equipment selection and procurement for sustainable waste management, as well as designing recycling yards and facilities systems for waste management.

Environmental protection and energy efficiency Fund of Republic of Croatia (FZOEU) recently opened several applications aimed to Local governments to establish a sustainable waste management in their area and to satisfy the provisions of sustainable waste management.

For all legal entities – obligated to obtain a waste management permit, we offer complete consulting in the process of obtaining permits. Our staff are qualified engineers - members of the Croatian Chamber of Architects. So far we created more than 30 non-hazardous and hazardous waste management elaborates.
